Google Classroom Fix --> Drive Update

Hi Teachers,

Google released an update for the Google Drive app on Friday. The hope is that this update will fix the problems opening files from Google Classroom. 

If you use Google Classroom or Drive in class, please have your students update the Drive app first. Students can do this through the App Store. Tap on the App Store app, tap on the Updates tab on the bottom, find the Google Drive app update, and tap Update. Please do NOT have students run all of the updates available at the same time if multiple apps show updates – suggest that they run the updates at home. If the problems opening files from Google Classroom persist even after running the update, please ask students to restart their iPads before emailing ipadsupport@mvschools.org to ensure a restart does not fix the problem.

If any students cannot run the update or are asked to enter a password, please have them email ipadsupport@mvschools.org and someone will follow up with them.
