Dear Teachers,
THANK YOU for your fearless jump into the iPad program today. We are SO GRATEFUL to you for your flexibility and perseverance today. We are working as quickly as possible to iron out app download problems and other iPad issues.
For students who had to turn in iPads today: tomorrow morning, from 7:45-8:15, we will be collecting paperwork and returning iPads in the library. If students do not have paperwork turned in tomorrow, their iPad will not be returned. We know that this may cause an inconvenience as you start using the iPads in class (and only on the second day!) , but we feel it is the best way to ensure you are not collecting iPads at the end of every day. Because we’ve had the iPads overnight, some iPads will have low batteries tomorrow. If possible, please allow students to charge the iPads in class tomorrow. Based on our conversations with students today, kids seem highly motivated to complete and return paperwork as soon as possible.
